RECEPTION BELL

An exclusive hotel reception bell

 

Designed as a metal experience project.  

On this project, I designed a reception bell for hotels. 

 

At first, I explored the culture around the bell, the environment and the situations we use it.

I wanted to test a different approach to the ringer itself, as well as give a reason for the existence of the bell.

I drew my inspiration from the circus world in which there is a game called "High Striker".

The goal of this game is to hit with a hammer and swing firmly and toss a weight that will hit the bell.

I wanted to introduce a playful aspect when the customer using the bell.

Another goal to me was to give a luxurious look to the bell so I could put it in hotels.
